Cookies

What are cookies?

Cookies are little bits of information a web site puts on your machine to store information. We use a cookie to store your ID number and your logon name.

Why do we use cookies?

Convenience

We use it to remember your name and ID. If we find your u-ask-it cookie we will assume it is you. If we do not find the u-ask-it cookie, you will be asked to log in and you will have to remember your logon name and password.

Voting

You are only allowed to vote once on any given poll. This is not Chicago!

Troubleshooting

If you forget your password, we use the ID number in your cookie to look up your e-mail address so we can send you your password. That is if you decided to put your e-mail address in your profile.
